Meditation-Based Psychotherapy

Meditation-Based Psychotherapy (MBP) utilizes principles and practices from Yoga and Buddhism to enhance your therapeutic experience.

* Mindfulness is the practice of staying "in the moment." It is very effective at reducing anxiety, anger, emotional eating, and emotional intensity.

* Meditation is useful for treating chronic stress and anxiety. It is also the primary tool for developing the practice of mindfulness.

The principles of Yoga and Buddhism can be helpful for overcoming stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
